How we wish we were at this concert tonight. Opening band? Broadcast. We’re in a proverbial lather just thinking about it.
Strobe lights, weird Vietnam-era imagery projected onto big screens, neither band giving a damn what the audience thought about them … it was one of the more memorable shows of that year.
While we’re on this topic, can someone explain why Ticketmaster survives amid the decimation of the major labels? Bastards should’ve been the first ones to go.
